Kentucky Music Hall of Fame
Rental Information
The Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and Museum facilities are available for event rentals. A 50% deposit and contract must be signed to secure your booking. Facilities can be rented at anytime (except for lobby – which is available after 5:00 pm).
Events in Amphitheater must have Board of Directors approval first.

Hall of Fame Lobby – $300
– May be rented after 5:00 PM
– Maximum seating is 50 with tables/chairs or 75 with seats only.
– Price includes use of tables, chairs, and 2 hours of use of lobby
– Any additional time after 7:00 PM is $50 Per Hour
Hall of Fame Conference Room $100
– May be rented anytime
– Maximum seating is 40 people with tables and chairs
– Room includes White Board, Refrigerator, Projector
– Any additional time after 5:00 PM is $50 Per Hour
Entire Hall of Fame Facility $500
– Can be rented after 5:00 PM
– Price includes use of tables and chairs
– Any additional time after 7:00 PM is $50 Per Hour
Amphitheater behind Hall of Fame $1,000
– Can be rented anytime between 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
– Price does not include tables or chairs
– You must furnish your own sound equipment
– You must have event insurance.
– Any additional time after 5:00 PM is $50 Per Hour
– Approval of events must go before Board of Directors
Additional Add On Fees
Black Tablecloths $5 Each
Event Set Up and Clean Up is $50 Each unless you perform your own setup and cleanup
